GIGAZAP
About Gigazap

A build shop,
not a vendor.

Gigazap builds and customises business software and AI agents. We work at the part of the stack most agencies avoid — the integration layer, the data migration, the twenty-year-old process that everyone is too afraid to touch. We touch it.

The workshop

How we work

We start with your spreadsheet

Every engagement begins with a process audit. We map every handoff, every colour-coded cell, every email thread that is technically a database. Most clients find three things they forgot they were doing. That map is the spec.

We build in weeks, not quarters

Week one: schema and skeleton. Week two: core workflow. Week three: integrations. Week four: migration, testing, go-live. We have shipped real production systems in eight weeks because we do not do discovery theatre — we build.

You own everything

The code is yours. The database is yours. The agent logic is yours. We do not lock anything into a proprietary platform or a retainer you need to maintain to keep the lights on. You can hire any developer in the world to extend it.

Operating principles

What we will not do

No demos
We do not show you a slide deck with a screenshot. The first thing you do on our site is drive a real CRM. That is the standard we hold every engagement to.
No lock-in
Nothing we build requires a Gigazap subscription to run. Standard stack, open protocols, documented APIs. The day you stop working with us, the software keeps working.
No black boxes
If we cannot explain what a system does, and why it did what it did, we do not ship it. You get the reasoning, not just the output.
No retainer theatre
We do not sell ongoing maintenance contracts for work that does not need ongoing maintenance. When the build is done, you get a handover call, a documentation package, and our number if something breaks.
The team

The people on the other end
of the build

Zev Velvy
Founder & Build Lead

Spent a decade watching good companies run on spreadsheets they'd outgrown. Gigazap exists to close that gap, one build at a time.

Sara Rojas
Product Engineer

Full-stack, with a bias toward shipping. Believes the most useful feature is one that actually gets used — and that the only way to know is to watch someone use it.

Marcus Kim
Systems & Integrations

Former ERP implementation consultant. Now on the other side of the table. Knows exactly where the legacy bodies are buried and how to route around them.

Four questions is all it takes to see the system we would build for your business.
